Between 14:50 to 15:45 (Paris time), 502 errors have been emitted by our CDN partenaire (KeyCDN) while our platform was available (as per our external monitoring). We are working with KeyCDN to know the root cause of this incident. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Edit : There was a faulty edge system (connectivity issues) at KeyCDN side, which wasn't obvious immediately. The issue is fully resolved and they are monitoring this closely. It was Paris only. They had to remove Paris node. The connectivity to the node was partially ok, which didn't trigger the automated fail-over. They decreased the health check threshold to prevent such an incident.
